About The Author:
Roderick parchman

Roderick Parchman is a spoken word artist from South Bend, Indiana, where he was raised in the church. Some of his earliest memories are waking on Sunday mornings to the hum of gospel music, calling his family to worship. His love for spoken word poetry grew as he began performing at church functions, sharing stories of faith and life through his art.

His mother, his greatest supporter, encouraged him to take his words beyond the church, which ultimately led to the creation of his debut book, Sunday Dinner. This book is dedicated to her and her unwavering belief in him.

Roderick’s poetry isn’t just about perfect faith; it’s about honest, real faith. Through the powerful verses in Sunday Dinner, he invites readers into his journey of wrestling with God, confronting his own failures, and finding redemption.

Join Roderick on his journey back to grace, and experience a collection of spoken-word poetry that touches the heart and speaks to the soul.
